Manages the annual American Advertising Awards competition cycle — local judging, competition rules, and the February gala ceremony.

Communications
Oversees marketing and PR through social media, newsletters, press releases, and website maintenance.
Education
Builds partnerships with local colleges and universities to grow student participation in AAF.
Membership
Recruits and retains members while organizing networking events and handling onboarding.
Diversity
Promotes multicultural and multiethnic inclusion initiatives within AAF Tampa Bay and the industry.
Public Service
Develops charitable projects and pro-bono advertising opportunities for nonprofit organizations.

Coordinates speakers, venues, and programming for networking events, happy hours, and webinars.
Government Relations
Monitors advertising-related legislation and maintains relationships with elected officials.
