Job Title: Digital Media Planner/Buyer

Reports To: Media Director

The Digital Media Planner/Buyer will be responsible for the planning, buying and day-to-day management of key digital accounts and marketing campaigns.


  • Develop and present strategic plans based on marketing direction and research
  • Manage RFP process and build relationships with vendors
  • Implement digital campaigns in the following channels: Facebook, LinkedIn, Google (Search, Display, Remarketing), Bing/Yahoo
  • Conduct keyword and target market research
  • Execute paid search campaigns including monitoring of keyword bids, budget caps, CTRs, impression share and quality score
  • Analyze accounts on an ongoing basis to develop strategies for keywords, adgroup/campaign structure, remarketing and display
  • Optimize performance to improve CTR, impressions, clicks, CPA & CPLs
  • Provide as needed reporting and tracking/pacing
  • Evaluate analytics, events and goal tracking
  • Collaborate with other agency departments to ensure creative specifications are clearly communicated
  • Monitor competitive landscape, the latest in industry research and standards as well as any new opportunities

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2-3 years of digital media experience preferred
• Agency experience a plus
• Traditional media experience a plus
• Experience with paid search strategy, specifically Google Adwords
• Experience with web analytics
• Strong mathematical skills and familiarity with financial management
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of Excel or similar programs
